Refund Policy

At El Buen Samaritano Oil we strive to offer high quality products and guarantee customer satisfaction. Below is our return policy:

1- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a Good Samaritan Oil product that is defective or damaged, We can send the damaged product back to you, but first we must receive proof within 7 days of receipt of the product. This proof must be in the form of photographs or videos showing the damage to the product. In the case of 1 Litre, 3 Litre and 5 Litre cans, this condition will only be accepted when the container is so damaged that it is not possible to open or consume it. 
Cans are very sensitive to knocks, but the oil remains intact. . Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to inform us of the problem and arrange for a refund.

2- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a Good Samaritan Oil product for another of equal or greater value, you must contact us within 10 days of the date of purchase. The product to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs related to the exchange will be borne by the customer.

3- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order placed with Good Samaritan Oil, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund you the full amount paid. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

4- Return Procedure: To initiate the return, exchange or cancellation process, please contact us through our customer service channels. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product or proceed with the cancellation of the order.

Remember that we reserve the right to evaluate each case of return, exchange or cancellation to ensure that we comply with the terms of this policy and guarantee a fair experience for all our customers.
